The Solution:

We knew Marriott associates delivered loyalty on an everyday level so to elevate this we set out to capture and celebrate their personal stories of what loyalty means to them. We encouraged gathering in an engaging setting - complete with tea and chocolates - to spark these conversations.

Hotels across EMEA were invited to share their unique stories of how they’ve made a difference and why guests keep returning due to their exceptional service. By featuring these experiences on a dedicated website, we aimed to instil pride in associates, reinforcing their role in building lasting guest relationships.

These stories not only celebrated the dedication of Marriott associates but also served as inspiration, motivating all team members to continue raising the bar for loyalty.
